The Living Room

So this weekend, we were all in the mood for some live music. And if you have read my previous post, my friend Alicia follows Ingrid Michaelson's Twitter and everything about her. So a member of Ingrid's band (yes they're on a first name basis...) was going to be playing in a bar, so we wanted to head down there and try and catch it! But- of course it was canceled... so we headed down to a lounge that was near there that also played live music. It's called The Living Room, my friend May has been going here for a while and this is actually where Norah Jones would play before she became big. But it was a really fun night, definitely a place to go if you are ever in NY and need some live music!

So we walk in and who was there... Rachel Ray!! Crazy! So of course we had to take a picutre, but we were trying to be secretive about it. So my friend May went to take it, and this women saw and went and stood right in front of the camera on purpose, so that she couldn't take it, and kept doing it until some worker at the bar asked her to move... HA HA HA, it was pretty funny! So it was a success!! So this is it...

Okay so you can't really tell its her, but I promise it was!! She was clapping and dancing and having a great old time :)

And this was the band that was playing the night... They were pretty good! And they all made hilarious facial expressions while the sang/played... that is what really makes a concert for me :)
